Born in 1991 in Gaza and currently based in Paris, she is a self-taught artist engaged in various artistic forms. Utilizing diverse materials and techniques, her work encompasses painting, drawing, sculpture, installation, photography, and video. Her art explores the human condition, focusing on the ongoing crisis and inhumane circumstances faced by her people in Gaza over the decades.

She has participated in numerous group exhibitions and produced her first solo exhibition, "Al-Awda Ice Cream," in 2019. After joining the Cité internationale des arts residency program in Paris in 2019, Doa participated in the Collège de France "Pause program" residency at ESAM l'école in Cherbourg, as well as at ESAD l'école in Valence and Grenoble, France, from 2021 to 2023.
